Abstract

Статья основывается на понимании Й.Шумпетером основных действующих лиц процесса экономического развития: изобретателя, собственника, предпринимателя, руководителя и работника. Дается характеристика потребностей этих действующих лиц и качеств, необходимых для успешного выполнения ими своей роли. Рассматривается взаимодействие всех лиц в экономическом процессе и организационные формы этого взаимодействия: трудовой договор, коллективный договор, совет директоров и др.

The article is based on J.Schumpeter's about five main persons, acting in the process of economical development, described in his book "The theory of economical development", written in 1911: inventor, proprietor, etrepreneur, manager and worker. Intending to help Lithuanian enterpreneurs, initiating their own new businesses, there are described the main drives of all five actors and the basic features, necessary to permorm their roles well. There is described cooperation between all the actors in the article, as well, as the organizational forms of such cooperation: work contracts, collective bargaining, boards of directors and others. Material of the article will help Lithuanian business initiators to choose the best roles for themselves and decide what persons for what roles they must select and employ to ensure effective and efficient functioning of their business.
