Abstract
The current paper presents the risk management methodology, which uses geoinformation systems that include functions and instruments indispensable for input, analysis and visualization of spatial information. A structure of risk management system for safe pipeline maintenance with geodynamic influences was formed. In addition, methodology approbated on Pasichna-Dolyna gas pipeline area, which is situated in high probability of geodynamic incidents zone, was described. As evaluation, express method of natural impulse electromagnetic field of the Earth (MNIEMFE) registration was chosen. Measurement complex RIDGID SR-60 from the surface has been applied with the purpose to conduct noncontact survey of Pasichna-Dolyna pipeline insulation.
