dc.description.abstractPossible ways for assessing completion of unfinished residential buildings to achieve appropriate construction project objectives are presented in the paper. The developed model enables an efficient assessment of unfinished projects in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Unfinished building solutions, expressed through indicators, were selected and used to formulate a multicriteria task to be solved by combinations of methods AHP+ARAS, MOORA and MULTIMOORA. A computational model was created and adjusted for a simple and efficient assessment of the adequacy of investment projects in many areas of construction.eng
