Išmaniųjų pastato valdymo sistemų taikymo verslo centruose analizė

Abstract

Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti išmaniąsias pastato valdymo sistemas verslo centruose ir pateikti teorinį modelį sistemoms parinkti. Baigiamajame magistro darbe remiantis moksline medžiaga, išnagrinėtos pastatų ūkio išmaniųjų sistemų verslo centruose sistemos sampratos. Darbe išnagrinėtos kitų užsienio šalių patirtys. Atliktus ekspertinę apklausą interviu būdu ir remiantis ekspertais, sudaryta verslo centrų, išmaniųjų sistemų panaudojimo pastatų ūkio valdyme SSGG analizė. Darbe buvo sudarytas išmaniųjų pastato valdymo sistemų taikymo verslo centruose teorinis modelis sistemoms parinkti. Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 pagrindiniai skyriai, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai. Darbo apimtis – 69 psl. teksto be priedų, 3 lentelės, 26 paveikslai, 58 biografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The purpose of the thesis is to analyze intelligent building management systems in business centers and to provide a theoretical model for the selection of systems. The concept of this thesis, based on the scientific material, the concepts of the system of building intelligent systems in business centers are examined. The experience of other foreign countries is examined in the work. A SWOT analysis of the use of smart systems in the management of buildings in business centers was conducted by means of interviews and on the basis of expert interviews. The theoretical model of the application of intelligent building management systems in business centers for the selection of systems was developed. The final master's thesis consists of an introduction, 3 main chapters, conclusions and suggestions, references and appendices. Thesis consists of: 69 pages. text without appendixes, 3 tables, 26 figures, 58 biographical sources. Work attachments are included separately.
