Tarptautinių pinigų pervedimų paslaugas Lietuvoje teikiančių įmonių socialinės atsakomybės įgyvendinimo tyrimas

Abstract

Magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas yra ištirti tarptautinių pinigų pervedimų paslaugas Lietuvoje teikiančių įmonių socialinės atsakomybės įgyvendinimą, numatant socialinio atsakingumo tobulinimo gaires. Darbas yra sudarytas iš keturių dalių. Pirmoji dalis skirta tarptautinių pinigų pervedimų paslaugas teikiančių įmonių paslaugų teikimo specifikai atskleisti, įmonių socialinės atsakomybės sąvokai pateikti bei šios koncepcijos teorijų ir modelių analizei atlikti. Antrojoje darbo dalyje yra pateikiama tarptautinių pinigų pervedimų paslaugas teikiančių įmonių socialinės atsakomybės įgyvendinimo tyrimo metodika. Trečioji darbo dalis yra skirta ištirti tarptautinių pinigų pervedimo įmonių socialinės atsakomybės įgyvendinimo apimtį ir ypatumus Lietuvoje. Ketvirtojoje darbo dalyje yra pateikiami projektiniai sprendimai, siekiant tobulinti tarptautinių pinigų pervedimo paslaugas teikiančių įmonių socialines atsakomybės įgyvendinimą. Darbe pateikiamas tarptautinių pinigų pervedimų paslaugas teikiančių įmonių socialinės atsakomybės įgyvendinimo tobulinimo modelis. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, 4 teksto dalys, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis - 74 p. teksto be priedų, 23 iliustr., 14 lent., 54 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. The purpose of this Master thesis is to analyze corporate social responsibility implementation in the international money transfer services organizations in Lithuania and provide guidelines for improving social responsibility. The work is composed of four parts. The first part is devoted to the international money transfer service companies to reveal the specifics of the provision of services, corporate social responsibility concept and this concept presented theories and models of analysis. The second part presents international money transfer services, providing corporate social responsibility in the implementation of the research methodology. The third part is devoted to explore the international money transfer corporate social responsibility and the extent of implementation of the peculiarities of Lithuania. The fourth part is the design solutions to improve the international money transfer service providers in the implementation of social responsibility. The work of the international money transfer services offering corporate social responsibility for improving the implementation model. Structure: introduction, 4 main body parts, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consists of: 74p. of text without appendixes, 23 pictures, 14 tables, 54 bibliographical entries.
