Creation of a better technological environment in the industrial enterprises

Abstract

In a fast-changing world, industrial companies have less and less time to find, introduce and implement new ideas, so to keep up with competitors, it is necessary to constantly monitor the external and internal technological and organizational environment of companies, constantly improve processes and properly prepare employees. This thesis examines the creation of a more perfect technological environment in Lithuanian industrial companies, the factors which influence the improvement of the environment and ways of improvement, described technological environment definition, the employees behavior towards changes in the company. As the companies starts grow and get bigger profits, top leaders start to distance themselves a little from the processes and technological base problems and improvements in the enterprise, this attitude leads to the company stagnation. In order to avoid this and to ensure effective problem-solving and enterprise improvements, it needs to create an internal environment improvement model for industrial companies. The research methodology is presented in the empirical research work chapter. The research carried out an assessment of the current internal companies environment and identification of factors that help to create a better environment in industrial companies which produce devices and building elements. In this thesis are presented the results of the research survey and interviews. A model of the process of creating a more perfect technological environment in industrial enterprises has been created. Conclusions and recommendations were presented. Structure: introduction, analysis of literature and scientific sources on the topic of the creation of a better technological and organizational environment in industrial companies, empirical research and analysis of research results, model of creation of a better technological and organizational environment in industrial companies, conclusions, references, appendices. Greitai kintančiame pasaulyje pramonės įmonės turi vis mažiau laiko sugalvoti, pristatyti ir įgyvendinti naujas idėjas, todėl norint neatsilikti nuo konkurentų, reikia nuolat stebėti išorinę ir vidinę įmonių technologinę ir organizacinę aplinką, nuolat tobulinti procesus ir tinkamai pasirinkti darbuotojus. Šiame baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas tobulesnės technologinės aplinkos kūrimas Lietuvos pramonės įmonėse, aplinkos tobulinimą veikiantys veiksniai ir tobulinimo būdai, technologinės aplinkos samprata, darbuotojų požiūris į pokyčius įmonėje. Pramonės įmonėms augant ir gaunant vis didesnį pelną, lyderiai ima truputį atsiriboti nuo įmonių vidinių procesų ir technologinės bazės problemų, tai nulemia įmonių stagnaciją. Siekiant to išvengti ir užtikrinti efektyvų problemų sprendimą ir įmonių tobulėjimą, reikalingas pramonės įmonėms pritaikytas tobulinimo modelis. Empirinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama tyrimo metodologija. Tyrime atliktas dabartinės vidinės įmonių aplinkos vertinimas ir padedančių kurti tobulesnę aplinką veiksnių nustatymas prietaisus ir pastatų elementus gaminančiose pramonės įmonėse. Pateikti tyrimo apklausos ir interviu rezultatai. Sudarytas procesinis tobulesnės technologinės aplinkos kūrimo pramonės įmonėse modelis. Padarytos išvados ir pateiktos rekomendacijos.
