Investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą valdymas

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe yra nagrinėjamas investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą valdymas. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas – atlikti investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą valdymo vertinimą Europos Sąjungos valstybėse, pasitelkiant daugiakriterius vertinimo metodus ir nustatyti investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą įtaką šalies gerovės didinimui. Teorinėje darbo dalyje nagrinėjami investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą teoriniai aspektai ir ankstesnių tyrimų apžvalga, išgrynintas aukštasis mokslas kaip žmogiškojo kapitalo elementas, pateikiama investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą svarba, apibūdinamas aukštojo mokslo institucijų vaidmuo, taip pat atliekama investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą vertinimo metodų apžvalga. Metodinėje darbo dalyje detaliai apibūdinama daugiakriterių vertinimo metodų MULTIMOORA ir TOPSIS sprendimo metodologija. Praktinėje darbo dalyje vertinama ES šalių padėtis, pagal MULTIMOORA metodą, analizuojama investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą įtaka šalies gerovės indeksui. Ketvirtoje dalyje pateikiamas darbo autorės mokslinis straipsnis analizuojama tema, kuris buvo pristatytas 18-oje Lietuvos jaunųjų mokslininkų konferencijoje „Verslas XXI amžiuje“, 2015 m. vasario 5 d., Vilniuje. Darbą sudaro: Įvadas; keturios pagrindinės dalys: Investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą teoriniai aspektai ir ankstesnių tyrimų apžvalga, Daugiakriterių vertinimo metodų teorinis pagrindimas, Investicijų į aukštąjį mokslą vertinimas Europos Sąjungos šalyse ir analizuojama tema pristatytas mokslinis straipsnis; išvados ir pasiūlymai; literatūros sąrašas; priedai. Darbo apimtis: 89 p. teksto be priedų, 23 iliustracijos, 11 lentelių, 109 bibliografijos šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The Master’s thesis analyses management of investments in higher education. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the investments into higher education in EU states by using multi-criteria decision making methods and to identify the impact of investments in higher education to the state’s welfare. The theoretical part of the thesis examines theoretical aspects of investments in higher education, purifies the higher education as an element of human capital, provides the importance of investments in higher education, describes the role of higher education institutions, reviews and evaluates the valuation models of investments in higher education in the works of other authors. The methodology part of the thesis analyses theoretical aspects of multi-criteria methods MULTIMOORA and TOPSIS. The practical part of the thesis assess the relative positions of EU states by using MULTIMOORA method, analyses the impact of investmenst in higher education to state’s welfare index. The last part of the thesis presents author’s research article on analysed topic which was presented in the 18th Young Scientists Conference “Business in 21st century” in 5 February, 2015, Vilnius. The thesis consists of: introduction; four main parts: Theoretical aspects of investments in higher education and review of previous researches, Theoretical justification of multi-criteria methods, Evaluation of investments in EU states to higher education and author’s presented research article on analysed topic; conclusions and proposals; references; annexes. Scope of thesis: 89 p. of text without annexes, 23 illustrations, 11 tables, 109 bibliographical sources. Annexes are provided separately.
