Vilniaus miesto apleistų teritorijų konversijos įgyvendinimo galimybių analizė

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro studijų darbe analizuojama apleistų teritorijų konversijos įgyvendinimo galimybės. Darbą sudaro įvadas, 3 pagrindinės dėstymo dalys, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedai. Įvadinėje dalyje įvardijamas temos aktualumas, nustatoma temos problematika, darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai tikslui pasiekti. Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojama lietuvių ir užsienio autorių mokslinė literatūra apie apleistas teritorijas, konversiją ir kaip ji prisideda prie darnaus miesto vystymosi. Antroje darbo dalyje analizuojama užsienio geroji praktika – įvairių šalių apleistų teritorijų konversijos pavyzdžiai. Trečioje darbo dalyje analizuojama ekspertų interviu metu gauta medžiaga, vertinami Vilniaus miesto rodikliai. Atlikus Vilniaus miesto apleistų teritorijų konversijos galimybių SSGG analizę ir priežasčių – pasekmių diagramą, pateikiami pasiūlymai siekiant pagerinti apleistų teritorijų konversijos galimybes. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir siūlymai. Darbo apimtis – 80 p. be priedų, 15 paveikslų, 9 lentelės, 89 bibliografiniai šaltiniai, 1 priedas.

The master's thesis analyzes the possibilities of implementing the conversion of brownfields. The paper consists of introduction, 3 main chapters, conclusions and suggestions, references and appendixes. Introduction presents the relevance of the topic, the problem of the topic, the purpose of the work and the tasks to achieve the aim are determined. The first chapter analyzes different scientific articles and literature about brownfields, conversion and how it contributes to the sustainable development of the city. The second chapter analyzes foreign good practice - examples of the conversion of brownfields in various countries. The third chapter presents the material obtained during the experts interviews, the indicators of Vilnius city are evaluated. After completing the SWOT analysis of the implementation possibilities of the brownfields conversion of Vilnius city and the cause-effect diagram, proposals are presented to improve the conversion possibilities of the abandoned territories. The thesis is summarized with conclusions and recommendations. The scope of the thesis - 80 p. without appendices, 15 figures, 9 tables, 89 bibliographic sources, 1 appendix.
