Organizacijų vadovų komunikacija su darbuotojais nuotolinio darbo sąlygomis

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojama vadovų komunikacija su darbuotojais nuotolinio darbo sąlygomis. Pirmajame darbo skyriuje analizuojami teoriniai darbo aspektai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami atlikto tyrimo, naudojant anketinės apklausos ir interviu metodus, rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pasiūlomi sprendimai, kuriuos pritaikius pagerėtų organizacijų vadovų komunikacija su darbuotojais. Išvadose ir pasiūlymuose aptariami gauti darbo rezultatai ir pateikiami pasiūlymai. Darbą sudaro įvadas, teorinė dalis, analitinė dalis, projektinė dalis, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedai. Darbo apimtis – 70 p. teksto be priedų, 13 iliustr., 6 lent., 56 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The final master's thesis analyzes the communication of managers with employees in the conditions of remote work. The first chapter of the work analyzes the theoretical aspects of the work. The analytical part of the work presents the results of the conducted research, using questionnaire survey and interview methods. In the project part of the work, solutions are proposed, which, if applied, would improve the communication of the managers of the organizations with the employees. In the conclusions and proposals, the results of the work are discussed, and suggestions are made. The work consists of an introduction, a theoretical part, an analytical part, a project part, conclusions and suggestions, a bibliography, appendices. Scope of Work– 70 p. only text without additives, 13 illustrations, 6 tables, 56 bibliographic sources. Work attachments separately added.
