Masiška statyba: mišraus tankio gyvenamųjų struktūrų formavimo urbanistinė koncepcija Kaune

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe aptariama masiška statyba, jos atsiradimo priežastys, raidos tendencijos ir taikymo iššūkiai. Apžvelgiama masiškumo samprata, retrospektyvi masiškos statybos raida ir jos struktūrinės charakteristikos pasaulio kontekste. Nagrinėjami statistiniai duomenys, moksliniai ir praktiniai darbai, apžvelgiamos atvejų patirtys bei masiškos statybos taikymas kaip priemonės teritorinėms, socialinėms, ekonominėms problemoms spręsti. Nustačius masiškos gyvenamosios statybos problemines zonas Kauno mieste, išskiriamos vyraujančios masiškai pasikartojančių būsto tipų ir vienodo tankio gyvenamosios struktūros, jų užstatymas. Kadangi toks gyvenamųjų struktūrų modelis vyrauja daugelyje Lietuvos miestų, parengiama naujai formuojamoms gyvenamosioms struktūroms algoritmas atspindintis mišraus tankio gyvenamųjų struktūrų formavimo ypatumus. Darbe pasirinkus potencialiausią masiškos statybos eksperimentui teritoriją Kaune, nustatomos galimos teritorijos vystymo strategijos, išskiriamos kiekvieno jų teigiamos ir neigiamos pasekmės bei pasirenkama didžiausią pridėtinę vertę teikianti alternatyva. Ja remiantis rengiama teritorijos architektūrinė-urbanistinė koncepcija bei detalizuojamas jos fragmentas, kuriame atsiskleistų masiškos statybos mišraus tankio gyvenamosios struktūros urbanistiniai – architektūriniai sprendiniai. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas analitinė-metodinė, eksperimentinė-tiriamoji, eksperimentinė-projektinė, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros ir kiti sąrašai bei priedai. Darbo apimtis – 94 p. teksto be priedų, 87 iliustr., 13 lent., 28 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The final Master's thesis focuses on massive construction, its origins, trends and challenges. It reviews the concept of massiveness, the retrospective development of massive construction and its structural characteristics in a global context. It analyses statistical data, scientific and practical works, case experiences and the application of massive construction as a tool to solve territorial, social and economic problems. The identification of problem zones of massive residential construction in Kaunas city identifies the predominant residential structures of massively repeated housing types and equal density, as well as their development. Since such a pattern of residential structures prevails in many Lithuanian cities, an algorithm for newly formed residential structures is developed, reflecting the peculiarities of the formation of mixed density residential structures. After selecting the most potential territory for the experiment of mass construction in Kaunas, the paper identifies possible strategies for the development of the territory, identifies the positive and negative consequences of each of them, and chooses the alternative with the highest added value. Based on this, an architectural-urban concept of the territory is prepared and a fragment of the territory is detailed, which would reveal the urban-architectural solutions of a mixed-density residential structure for massive construction. The thesis consists of 6 parts: introduction, analytical-methodological, experimental-experimental, experimental-design, conclusions and suggestions, references and other lists and annexes. The volume of the thesis is 94 p. of text without appendices, 87 illustrations, 13 tables, 28 bibliographic sources. Attachments are added separately.
