Vandens turizmo centras Vilniuje, Neries gatvėje

Abstract

Nagrinėjama magistro baigiamojo darbo tema – pastatai prie vandens. Darbo tikslas – atlikus temos analitinę dalį suprojektuoti vandens turizmo centrą Vilniuje, Neries gatvėje. Vandens turizmo centro Vilniuje paskirtis skatinti visuomeninę veiklą krantinėse ir plėtoti vandens transporto infrastruktūrą. Siūlomas projektas yra Vilniaus krantinių funkcinių ryšių, pakrančių viešųjų erdvių ir vandens transporto infrastruktūros problemų sprendinys. Vandens turizmo centras skirtas tiek miesto gyventojams, tiek jo lankytojams, tai daugiafunkcis pastatų kompleksas, kuriame siūloma ne tik laivybos, bet ir gyvenamoji, pramoginė ir pažintinės veiklos. Projekte skatinamas aktyvus pakrančių naudojimas, todėl pastato struktūra jungia pėsčiųjų, dviračių, sausumos ir vandens transporto srautus. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro analitinė ir projektinė – tiriamoji dalys. Analitinėje dalyje nagrinėjama temos problematika, literatūros šaltiniai, dabartinė praktika, istorija, analogai, susiję su pastatų prie vandens tema. Projektinėje – tiriamojoje dalyje pateikiama situacijos analizė, projekto programa, projekto grafinė dalis. Darbo apimtis – 70p., 94 iliustracijos, 27 bibliografiniai ir informaciniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The main topic of this master's thesis - buildings near the water. The objective - using information provided by this thesis analytical section, create the design of the water tourism center in Vilnius, Neris street. The purpose of this water tourism center in Vilnius - promotion of social activities on waterfront and development of water transport infrastructure. The proposed project is the solution of Vilnius waterfront functional communication, coastal public spaces and water transport infrastructure problems. Water tourist center is designed for both city residents and its visitors, this is the multifunction building complex, which offers not only navigation, but also residential, entertainment and sightseeing activities. The project encourages the active use of coastal spaces, therefore the building structure combines hiking, biking, land and water traffic. This work consists of analytical and design-research parts. The analytical section deals with the problems of the subject, references, current practice, history and analogs related to the buildings near water theme. The Design-research section provides an analysis of the situation, the project plan and the project drawings. Scope of the work – 70 pages, 94 illustrations, 27 bibliographical and information sources. Also there are appendixes included.
