Urbanistinė ir architektūrinė kolektyvinių sodų raida Vilniuje

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama Vilniaus miesto kolektyvinių sodų urbanistinė bei architektūrinė raida. Siekiama įvardinti šių teritorijų kūrimosi priežastis, normatyvinių aktų įtaką sodų formavimui. Nagrinėjami 1950–1990 m. parengti Vilniaus generaliniai planai siekiant nustatyti kolektyvinių sodų lokacijas miesto plėtros etapuose. Baigiamajame darbe analizuojant konkrečius Vilniaus sodininkų bendrijų atvejus nustatoma šių teritorijų kaita bei architektūrinė raiška. Remiantis užsienio šalių praktika numatomi tolesni kolektyvinių sodų idėjų įgyvendinimo scenarijai. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro: įvadas, trys dalys, išvados, literatūros ir šaltinių sąrašas, iliustracijų sąrašas, lentelių sąrašas bei priedai. Įvadinėje dalyje apibrėžiamas tyrimo objektas, darbo aktualumas, tyrimo tikslai bei uždaviniai, nagrinėjimo metodai, aptariami su tyrimo objektu susiję literatūros šaltiniai. Pirmajame skyriuje nagrinėjama bendruomeninių sodų samprata plačiąja prasme, jų ištakos bei raida, taip pat kolektyvinių sodų Lietuvoje atvejis. Antrajame skyriuje pristatomas atliktas architektūrinės bei urbanistinės kolektyvinių sodų raidos tyrimas Vilniaus mieste. Trečiasis skyrius skirtas aptarti galimas kolektyvinių sodų idėjų transformacijas XXI a. Baigiamojoje darbo dalyje pateikiamos išvados. Darbo apimtis – 83 p. teksto be priedų, 42 iliustr., 8 lent., 93 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The master thesis examines the urban and architectural development of collective gardens in Vilnius. The aim is to identify the reasons of establishing these areas and the influence of normative acts for their formation. The analysis of Vilnius general plans of 1950–1990 is made in order to determinate the trends of collective gardens in different stages of development of the city. Analyzing specific allotment garden communities of Vilnius, the author tries to identify the change and architectural expression of these areas. According to the foreign practice the future perspectives of collective gardens are presented. The final work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography, list of figures, list of tables and appendix. Introduction presents research subject, relevance, aims and tasks, research methods and examined references related to the study object. The first chapter takes a look at the concept of community gardens in the broad sense, their origins and evolution, as well as the case of collective gardens in Lithuania. The second chapter presents the results of the study of urban and architectural development of collective gardens in Vilnius. The third chapter is devoted to the discussion about the development strategies of collective gardens in 21th century. The final part consists of the conclusions. The master thesis consists of: 83 p. text without extras, 42 pictures, 8 tables, 93 bibliographical entries. Appendixes are included.
