Verslo vertinimo metodai ir jų panaudojimas

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojami verslo vertinimo metodai, jų panaudojimo galimybės, plačiau analizuojamas diskontuotų pinigų srautų metodas. Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojama verslo vertinimo samprata, vertinimo tikslai. Pateikiama vertės samprata ir ją lemiantys veiksniai. Nagrinėjamas verslo vertinimo sistemos teisinis reglamentavimas, aptariami verslo vertinimo principai, požiūriai bei vertinimo proceso etapai. Apžvelgiami verslo vertinimo metodai, jų privalumai, trūkumai, taikymo sritis ir patikimumas. Atskleidžiamas finansinės analizės vaidmuo vertinant verslą. Antroje dalyje analizuojamas diskontuotų pinigų srautų metodo tinkamumas verslui vertinti ir šio metodo etapai, išskiriant laisvojo pinigų srauto apskaičiavimą, diskonto normos nustatymą, tęstinės vertės ir pinigų srautų diskontavimą. Trečioje darbo dalyje atliekamas praktinis verslo vertinimas popieriaus ir medienos pramonėje veikiančios AB “Grigiškės” įmonės pavyzdžiu: atlikta Lietuvos medienos ir popieriaus bei jo gaminių rinkos analizė, AB “Grigiškės” SWOT analizė, įvertinta įmonės 2007–2011 metų finansinė būklė, naudojant vertikaliąją, horizontaliąją ir santykinę analizę, nustatyta įmonės vertė ir nustatyta, kurie veiksniai daro didžiausią įtaką verslo vertei. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir siūlymai Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys dalys: verslo vertinimo sistemos ir diskontuotų pinigų srautų metodo teorinė analizė bei praktinė dalis, kurioje nustatoma AB “Grigiškės” vertė bei įvertinami veiksniai, darantys didžiausią įtaką įmonės vertei, darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 91 p. teksto be priedų, 17 iliustr., 16 lent., 57 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The methods of business valuation and usability of them are analyzed in this final Master’s thesis. Also there is made extensive analysis of the method of discounted cash flow. There is made analysis of the conception of business valuation, aims of the valuation in the first part of this work. Also there is described the conception of the value and its determinants. The legal regulation of the business valuation system is also analyzed in the first part the work; also the principles and terms of the business valuation, stages of the valuation process are discussed. There is made review of the methods of business valuation, their advantages and disadvantages, the scope and reliability and there is shown the role of financial analysis in business valuation process. The reliability of the discounted cash flow method for business valuation and the stages of this method excluding free cash flow calculation, discount rate determination, continuous value and cash flow discounting are analyzed in the second part of this work. The practical business valuation under the example of the company “Grigiškės” is made in the third part of this work. The analysis of Lithuanian wood and paper as well as its products market is done in this stage of the work also SWOT analysis, evaluation of financial positions for year 2007-2011. The value of the company was identified using vertical, horizontal and relative analysis, also there was identified the factors which have the greatest impact on the business value. In the last part there were made conclusions and suggestions, references. The work consists of introduction and three parts: theoretical analysis of business valuation system and method of discounted cash flow, practical part in which the value of company “Grigiškės” and the factors which have the greatest impact on the business value are identified and in the end of this work are set the conclusions and list of literature. Thesis consists of 91 pages without appendixes, 17 pictures, 16 tables, 57 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
