Transporto spūsčių ir jų pašalinimo galimybių Vilniaus mieste tyrimas

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe atliktas transporto spūsčių šalinimo alternatyviųjų galimybių tyrimas Vilniaus mieste. Analitinėje-metodinėje dalyje atlikta mokslinės literatūros ir užsienio šalių gerosios praktikos analizė. Išanalizuota esama Vilniaus miesto transporto sistemos padėtis bei atlikta Vilniaus miesto gyventojų apklausa, leidusi identifikuoti pagrindinius gyventojų srautus, jų kryptis, transporto priemones, naudojamas susisiekimui, bei priežastis, dėl kurių atsiranda transporto spūstys. Atlikus šią analizę, numatyti sprendimai transporto spūstims šalinti. Eksperimentinėje-tiriamojoje dalyje iškeltos hipotezės bei atlikti tyrimai joms patvirtinti ar paneigti. Žodinė miesto gyventojų apklausa leido identifikuoti priežastis, dėl kurių vairuotojai nenori keisti įpročių. Verslo įmonių anketa leido identifikuoti, koks gali būti verslo privačių ir valstybinių įmonių vaidmuo, sprendžiant transporto spūstis. Natūrinis dalyvavimas eismo sraute bei fizinis srauto stebėjimas leido išmatuoti laiką, probleminių gatvių pralaidumą bei keleivių srautus. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir siūlymai problemos sprendimui. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, analitinė-metodinė dalis, eksperimentinė-tiriamoji dalis, darbą apibendrinančios išvados bei siūlymai. In the theoretical part of the paper a review of the existing literature on traffic congestions is performed. Analysis of the current Vilnius transport transport system situation, combined with a survey of a representative sample of general inhabitants' population in Vilnius city, enables identifying the prevalent traffic flows, directions, means of transport used for city commuting, and the reasons for traffic congestions within the Vilnius city. Eventually, possible solutions for elimination of the traffic congestions is presented. In the experimental part of the paper hypotheses are formulated, and tests for the rejection or the approval of these hypotheses are exercised. In order to test the hypotheses, analysis of representative sample of general inhabitants' in Vilnius city, using means of transport for city commuting, is performed. In addition to that, analysis of business enterprises is performed. Finally, observational tests of Vilnius city transport flows are also exercised, and measurable results of traffic times, problematic streets throughputs, and passenger flows are obtained. The latter data is processes and presented in a sequential order matching with the hypotheses. In the finalizing part of the paper conclusion and suggestion for existing problems are presented. The paper consists of: introduction, theoretical part, experimental part, conclusions and suggestions.
