Prekinių vagonų techninės priežiūros efektyvumo analizė

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe išanalizuota prekinių vagonų techninė priežiūra. Darbo tikslas – išnagrinėjus esamą situaciją prekinių vagonų ūkyje, pasiūlyti priemones, leidžiančias padidinti prekinių vagonų techninės priežiūros efektyvumą. Įvade aprašoma problema, darbo aktualumas, baigiamojo darbo tikslai ir uždaviniai. Pirmajame skyriuje analizuota literatūra, susijusi su vagonų technine priežiūra, norminiai aktai, kiti teoriniai techninės priežiūros aspektai; apžvelgti techninės priežiūros atlikimo etapai ir eiga, išskirti techninės priežiūros efektyvumo vertinimo rodikliai. Antrajame skyriuje atlikta esamos situacijos prekinių vagonų parke analizė – išnagrinėti statistiniai duomenys, susiję su vagonų technine priežiūra, kuriais remiantis nustatytos esamos problemos, kylančios vagonų techninės priežiūros metu. Skyriaus pabaigoje pateiktos skyriaus išvados, leidžiančios numatyti tolesnius tyrimus. Trečiajame skyriuje atlikti šie tyrimai: laiko, nurodyto technologinėse kortelėse, atitikties realiajam remonto laikui, tyrimas; traukinio dalinio ir ištisinio stabdžių tikrinimo tyrimas; vagonų techninės priežiūros punkto darbuotojų laiko panaudojimo paskirtoms užduotims atlikti tyrimas ir kiti. Baigiamojo darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos bendrosios išvados ir rekomendacijos bei literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 72 p. teksto be priedų, 34 iliustr., 16 lent., 20 bibliografinių šaltinių. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

Master degree thesis “Analysis of freight wagons' technical maintenance efficiency” analyzes freight wagons technical maintenance service. Its aim is to study the present situation in the freight wagons field and to propose measures to improve the effectiveness of freight wagons technical maintenance. The master degree project is divided into three parts - introduction, main body and conclusions. Introduction defines the relevance of the topic as well as the purpose and the tasks of the thesis. Chapter One is mainly concerned with the analysis of literature on the related topic, as well as the regulations on the maintenance of freight wagons. Theoretical aspects, such as the stages of vehicle maintenance procedures, are reviewed and factors of technical maintenance efficiency evaluation are distinguished. In Chapter Two, analysis of the current status wagon fleet is carried out and the statistic data, regarding freight wagons technical maintenance are inspected. The research of statistic data provided in this chapter identifies the problems which arise during the vehicle maintenance procedure. Chapter Three describes research results, concerning evaluation of the duration of operations carried out during the process of wagon maintenance and its correspondence with the real time registered in the service record book. Freight wagons brakes maintenance investigation and freight wagons stations workers time management handling results are also discussed in this chapter. Conclusions, recommendations and references are included at the end of the thesis. Thesis consist of: 72 p. text without appendixes, 34 pictures, 16 tables, 20 bibliographical entries.
