Kietviršių skaičiavimo metodika ir jos eksperimentinis aprobavimas

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe išnagrinėti knygų nugarėlių matmenų skaičiavimo metodai. Patikrinta vienoje iš spaustuvių taikyta nugarėlių skaičiavimo metodika. Remiantis eksperimentiniais duomenimis pasiūlyta skaičiavimo formulė. Negavus teigiamo rezultato, formulė buvo pakoreguota įvedant į ją koeficientą, įvertinantį popieriaus storį, kuris padidino rezultatų tikslumą iki reikiamų technologiniam procesui vykdyti. Koreguota formulė patikrinta naudojant du popieriaus storio matavimo metodus. Siūloma knygų nugarėlės skaičiavimo formulė patikrinta eksperimentiškai skaičiuojant 72 knygų nugarėles ir gali būti rekomenduota naudoti spaustuvėse.

In the final master of science work are analyzed book back width’s calculation methods. It was tested one of the calculation methods used in the printing house. On the basis of the experimental data is proposed the calculation formula. Because of negative results the first formula was corrected by including into it an coefficient, which evaluates the thickness of paper. This enables to increase the calculation accuracy and the calculation results match the technological requirements. The corrected formula was tested using two methods of paper thickness measurements. The application of the developed book back width’s calculation formula was approved experimentally 72 book backs and can be recommended for the usage in printing houses.
