dc.description.abstract | Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama roboto „Motoman SSF-2000“ konstrukcija ir programiniai paketai, naudojami 3D apdirbimui. Siekiant ištirti 3D mechaninio apdirbimo galimybes su robotu, buvo sukurta tyrimo metodika, pagamintas frezos laikiklis, parinkti ruošiniai ir išnagrinėti pagrindiniai principai, kuriais remiantis vykdomas 3D apdirbimas. Tyrimo metu atlikti eksperimentai, kuriais modeliuota roboto pozicionavimo pavara, atliktas graviravimas, 3D frezavimas ir matuotas roboto riešo vibracinis aktyvumas frezuojant trijų ašių sistemoje. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius 3D apdirbimo aspektus, pateikti baigiamojo darbo rezultatai ir išvados. | lit |
dc.description.abstract | In this final master work examines design and software packages for 3D manufacturing by robot “Motoman SSF-2000”. In order to investigate the possibilities of 3D mechanical manufacturing with robot methodology for investigation was designed, manufactured cutter holder, selected pieces and examine the basic principles on which the processing 3D manufacturing. The study carried out experiments in which simulated robot positioning drive, an engraving, 3D milling and measured vibrational activity of the robot wrist by three axis milling system. An examination of the theoretical and practical aspects of 3D processing, the final findings and conclusions. | eng |
