Nacionalinio stadiono statybos technologinių ir organizacinių sprendinių įvertinimas daugiavariantiniu Copras metodu

Abstract

Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – Nacionalinio stadiono stogo statybos efektyvaus technologinio ir organizacinio sprendinio įvertinimas daugiatiksliniu Copras metodu. Tikslas pasiektas atlikus pasaulio stadionų apžvalgą ir išnagrinėjus įvairių stadiono stogo statybos ypatumus, technologijas, ekonominius ir kokybinius tikslus. Stadiono stogo statybos sprendimo ekonominis efektyvumas nustatomas lyginant įvairių galimų variantų techninius-ekonominius rodiklius. Tyrimui atlikti buvo nagrinėjami keturi stogo statybos variantai: metalinių santvarinių konstrukcijų kupolas, monolitinio gelžbetonio kupolas sumontuotas iš atskirų segmentų; pneumatinis (pripučiamas) stogo kupolas; metalinių erdvinių santvarinių rėmų atraminė stogo konstrukcija ir transformuojama stogo dalis virš žaidimo lauko. Variantams palyginti naudojama jau pastatytų statinių patirtis ir duomenys. Darbe pateikiami detalūs nagrinėjamų stadiono stogo konstrukcinių sprendimų variantų aprašymai. Nustatyti ir išnagrinėti stadionų stogo statybos efektyvumo vertinimo rodikliai ir nustatyti jų reikšmingumai bei reikšmės. Variantams palyginti buvo pasirinktas daugiatikslinis Copras metodas. Darbą sudaro: įvadas ir užduoties analizė, pasaulio stadionų apžvalga ir jų konstrukcinių sprendinių statyba, esamų daugiatikslių metodų apžvalga ir daugiatikslio metodo taikymas statybos organizaciniams ir technologiniams sprendiniams įvertinti, Nacionalinio stadiono efektyvaus stogo statybos technologinio ir organizacinio varianto parinkimas, darbo rezultatų aptarimas ir išvados, informacijos šaltiniai, priedai. The objective of this work is to estimate an effective solution of technological and organizational processes in building the national stadium roof applying COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) method. The task was framed after were reviewed the stadiums of the world and were examined the various features of the stadium roof construction, building technology, economic and qualitative targets. Stadium roof construction effective solutions is determined by comparing the cost effectiveness of different options and the technical-economic indicators. In this work were examined four solutions for the roof construction to build: the steel truss dome; the concrete dome mounted in separate segments, the pneumatic (inflatable) roof dome; the spatial structure of steel main and secondary trusses and the retractable roof over the playing field. To compare the solutions were used the building experience and figures of existing stadiums. In this work were presented the detailed description of the chosen stadium roof design solutions. To identify and examine the stadium roof construction were inspected the significance and meaning of the main indicators. Application of multipurpose evaluation method COPRAS led to identify the most effective solution of technological and organizational processes in building the national stadium roof. Work includes: the introduction and task analysis, an overview of the worlds stadiums and building design solutions, review of existing methods and multipurpose approach of assessment the organizational and technological solutions of building, selection of an effective technological and organizational solutions of building the roof of the National stadium, performance and discussion of the findings, sources of information, annexes. Work amount: 63 text pages without annexes, figure – 39 units, 11 tables, 26 bibliographic sources, annex – 12 units.
