Eksporto plėtra: žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymo strategijos

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymo plėtojant eksportą aktualijos ir problemos, nagrinėjama Lietuvos ir užsienio šalių patirtis. Išnagrinėtos tarptautinio verslo ir žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymo ir vadybos teorijos bei jų panaudojimo galimybės siekiant plėtoti eksportą. Pateikiama Lietuvos ir Europos Sąjungos eksporto plėtros tendencijų kompleksinė analizė, žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymo plėtojant aukštųjų technologijų sektoriaus eksportą praktikos analizė. Išanalizuotos tarptautinės plėtros strategijos, žmogiškųjų išteklių savybes plėtojant eksportą. Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas aukštųjų technologijų eksportas ir žmogiškųjų išteklių plėtra Lietuvoje. Vertinant žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymo poreikį plėtojant aukštųjų technologijų eksporto potencialą Lietuvoje, išnagrinėta Lietuvos įmonių eksporto ir aukštųjų mokyklų studijų praktika. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius žmogiškųjų išteklių ugdymo tobulinimo plėtojant eksportą aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai.

This final master thesis analyses topicalities and problems of human resources education in the perspective of export growth, also the experience of Lithuania and foreign countries is analyzed and compared. International business and human resource education and management theories and the possibilities to apply them are examined in order to discover ways how to expand the export. The complex analysis of Lithuania and EU export growth tendencies is provided, also the practical analysis of human resource education while expanding high technology sector export. This final master thesis examines international development strategies, human resource features in the perspective of the export growth. Also there is a high technology export analyzed as well as human resource growth in Lithuania. While evaluating the requirement of human resources education while developing high technologies in Lithuania, the practice of Lithuanian companies„ export and higher educational institutions. After examining theoretical and practical aspects of developing human resource education while developing the export, conclusions and recommendations of this master thesis are presented.
