Žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektų rengimo klaidų analizė

Abstract

Baigiamojo magistro darbo \"Žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projketų rengimo klaidų analizė\" tikslas - atlikti parengtuose žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektuose nustatytų kladų analizę. Tyrimo objektas - teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektų rengimo darbus, parengti žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektai Lietuvos teritorijoje, teritorijų planavimo dokumentų patikrinimo aktai. Baigiamajame darbe išnagrinėtos svarbiausios žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektų rengimo procedūros, teisės aktai, reglamentuojantys žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektų rengimo darbus Lietuvoje. Atlikta Nacionalinės žemės tarnybos prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos surašytų teritorijų planavimo dokumentų patikrinimo aktų analizė, identifikuotos dažniausiai daromos klaidos, rengiant žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektus ir atlikta šių klaidų analizė. Parengti pasiūlymai, kurie galėtų sumažinti klaidų, rengiant žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektus Lietuvos teritorijoje, atsiradimą.

The aim of the final Master’s thesis, entitled “The Analysis of Errors in Land Plot Formation and Reorganisation Project Drafting” is to carry out the analysis of errors determined in the drafted projects on land lot formation and reorganisation. The object of the research is the legislation that regulates the project drafting works on land plot formation and reorganisation, the drafted projects on land plot formation and reorganisation in the territory of Lithuania and the inspection acts of territorial planning documents. The final thesis has examined the main procedures of land plot formation and reorganisation project drafting, the legislation that regulates the project drafting works on land plot formation and reorganisation in Lithuania. The analysis of the inspection acts of the territorial planning documents issued by the National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture was carried out and the most common errors in preparing land plot formation and reorganisation projects were identified as well as the analysis of these errors was conducted. Proposals that could reduce the occurrence of errors in drafting land plot formation and reorganisation projects in the territory of Lithuania were prepared.
