Investavimo į emocines vertybes ypatumai

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojamas investavimas į emocines vertybes. Baigiamojo darbo pirmojoje dalyje aptariamos alternatyviųjų investicijų įvairovė, jų grupavimas. Antrojoje darbo dalyje apibūdinamos emocinių vertybių grupės. Trečiojoje darbo dalyje aptariami emocinio turto objektų vertę kuriantys veiksniai ir išvardinami investavimo į emocines vertybes privalumai ir trūkumai. Ketvirtojoje darbo dalyje pateikiami Lietuvos kolekcininkų apklausos rezultatai ir investavimo į emocines vertybes raida bei prognozės užsienio ir Lietuvos rinkose. Lietuvos kolekcininkų apklausa atlikta pasitelkiant kiekybinių tyrimų metodą – apklausą. Aptarus investavimo į emocines vertybes ypatumus, atlikus emocinių investicijų rinkos tendencijų apžvalgą ir prognozes, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro 10 dalių: lentelių sąrašas, paveikslų sąrašas, įvadas, teorinė dalis (trys skyriai), praktinė dalis (vienas skyrius), išvados, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai. Darbo apimtis – 90 p. teksto be priedų, 72 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The final Master thesis deals with the analysis of investments into emotional values. The first part of the final paper is devoted to analyzing alternative investments and to classification of the investments. The second part of the paper describes the types of emotional values in details. In the third part of the paper, factors that create the value of objects of emotional assets are discussed and positive and negative aspects of investment into emotional values are put forward. The results of the survey of Lithuanian collectors, indices describing the objects of investment into emotional values, as well as considerations on trends and forecasts of investment into emotional values in Lithuania and abroad are provided in the fourth part of the paper. The survey of Lithuanian collectors is based on the quantitative research method – questionnaires. Discussion of specifics of investment into cultural values, the review of trends of emotional investments and forecasts are followed by conclusions of the final paper. The paper consists of 10 parts: list of tables, list of pictures, introduction, theoretical background (three sections), empirical part (one sections), conclusions, references and appendices. The volume of the paper is 90 pages of text not including appendices; the total of 72 bibliographical sources is listed.
