Kauno centrinės dalies urbanistinių kompleksų sistemos urbanistinė architektūrinė koncepcija

Abstract

Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas naujų funkcijų įterpimas istorinėje aplinkoje. Šiomis dienomis miestui vystantis, atsiranda nauji poreikiai ir funkcijos, todėl susiduriama su problema, kaip jos turėtų įsiterpti į susiklosčiusią urbanistinę struktūrą. Analitinėje dalyje bandoma apibrėžti naujų funkcijų ir istorinės aplinkos sąvokas, pateikiami jų įterpimo scenarijai. Atliekant Kauno Naujamiesčio urbanistinės struktūros istorinių duomenų tyrimą, bandoma apibendrinti jos raidą ir sudaryti teorinį raidos modelį. Eksperimentinėje dalyje pateikiamas Kauno centrinės dalies kompozicinis modelis, kuris koordinuotų naujų objektų atsiradimą joje. Sprendiniai apima tris teritorinius lygmenis: Kauno centrinę dalį (1), naujai formuojamą jos kompozicinę ašį nuo Prisikėlimo bažnyčios iki kongresų rūmų Aleksote (2) ir kongresų rūmų urbanistinį kompleksą (3). Šis kompleksas suprojektuojamas kaip naujos funkcijos įterpimo Kauno istorinėje aplinkoje iliustracija. Darbą sudaro tekstinė dalis, grafinė medžiaga (3500x2000 mm) ir maketai (1:2000 ir 1:500).

Final thesis considers the insertion of new functions in the historical environment. As city develops various new needs and functions appear, therefore creating a problem how these new needs and functions should be integrated into the existing urban fabric. Definitions of new functions and historical environment are described in the analytic part of the thesis, and examples of different insertion scenarios are provided. After the research of Naujamiestis district in the city centre of Kaunas, a theoretical model is developed to describe the evolution of its urban structure. A new compositional model of Kaunas city centre is created in the experimental part of the thesis. This model should coordinate the urban appearance of new objects in the city centre. The conceptual model covers 3 territorial levels: Kaunas city centre (1), new compositional axis between Prisikėlimas church and the congress hall in Aleksotas (2) and the urban complex of the congress hall (3). This complex is designed as the example of insertion of new function in the centre of Kaunas. Thesis consists of text, graphical presentation (3500x2000 mm) and models (1:2000 and 1:500).
