Pietinės ir vakarinės greitojo eismo gatvių įtaka transporto srautams Vilniaus mieste

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama Pietinės ir Vakarinės greitojo eismo gatvių įtaka transporto srautams Vilniaus mieste. Atliekama eismo intensyvumo, dangos būklės, eismo įvykių, laiko gaišties analizė bei šių rodiklių kitimo prognozė susijusiame gatvių tinkle. Naudojant naudos – kaštų analizės metodą, atliekamas Vakarinės greitojo eismo gatvės projekto ekonominis vertinimas. Skaičiuojant projekto naudą, vertinama autotransporto priemonių eksploatacinių išlaidų, kelionės laiko vertės ir autoavarijų nuostolių ekonomija. Skaičiuojant projektų kaštus, vertinamos greitkelio tiesimo ir eksploatacinės (priežiūros) išlaidos. Apskaičiuojami pagrindiniai projekto ekonominiai vertinimo kriterijai: vidinė grąžos norma, grynoji dabartinė vertė ir naudos – kaštų santykis. Įvertinus greitųjų eismo gatvių teorinę ir praktinę (ekonominę) naudą, pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbo turinį sudaro: įvadas, šeši skyriai, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 67 psl., 21 paveikslas, 17 lentelių, priedai.

The final Master’s thesis examines the influence of the Southern and Western fast-traffic streets on vehicle flows in the city of Vilnius. The thesis contains the analysis of traffic intensity, pavement condition, road traffic accidents and time delays, and the forecasted change of these indicators in the adjacent streets network. An economic evaluation of the western fast-traffic street’s project is made using the benefit – costs analysis method. In calculating the benefit of the project, the economy of the operating costs of motor vehicles, the value of the time required for travel and the losses of traffic accidents is taken into account. In calculating the projects’ costs, the fast – traffic street construction and operation (maintenance) costs are evaluated. The thesis provides calculations of the main criteria for economic assessment of the project: internal rate of return, net present value and the benefit-costs ratio. Following the evaluation of the theoretical and practical (economic) benefit of the fast – traffic streets, conclusions and proposals are presented. The contents of the thesis are as follows: Introduction, six Chapters, Conclusions and Proposals, and List of Literature Cited. The work contains: 67 pages, 21 figures, 17 tables, the additions.
