Vadybos sistemų efektyvumo tyrimas automobilių pardavimo ir techninės priežiūros įmonėse

Abstract

Baigiamajame darbe yra tiriamas vadybos sistemų efektyvumas automobilių pardavimo ir techninės priežiūros įmonėse. Atlikta vadybos sistemų apžvalga bei plačiau aprašytos kokybės vadybos ir aplinkos apsaugos vadybos sistemos, diegiamos automobilių pardavimo ir techninės priežiūros įmonėse. Apžvelgti vadybos sistemų efektyvumo įvertinimo rodikliai. Atlikta mokslinių straipsnių, nagrinėjančių vadybos sistemų naudingumą organizacijoms, analizė. Baigiamajame darbe išanalizuotas vadybos sistemų diegimo procesas automobilių pardavimo ir techninės priežiūros įmonėse. Atlikta esamų vadybos sistemų tam tikrų elementų analizė. Pagal vadybos sistemų efektyvumo vertinimo rodiklius sudaryta vadybos sistemų efektyvumo vertinimo metodologija bei efektyvumo vertinimo anketa. Gauti rezultatai aprašyti, pateikti diagramose bei palyginti su kitų analogiškų tyrimų rezultatais. Suformuluotos baigiamojo darbo išvados bei pateikti pasiūlymai. In final paper, the efficiency of management systems, used in enterprises of sale and technical service is being analysed. The survey of management systems has been made, along with the description of quality and environmental management systems, implemented by enterprises of sale and technical service. Also, the survey of indexes, evaluating the efficiency of management systems has been made. The scientific papers, researching the utility of management systems for different organizations, have been reviewed and analysed. This final paper also contains the analysis of the process of implementation of management systems in the enterprises of sale and technical service. Particular elements of existing management systems have been analysed. According to the indexes, evaluating the efficiency of management systems, the methodology and the questionnaire of evaluation of efficiency of management systems have been done. The results of this questionnaire have been described, charted and compared to results of other analogical surveys. Finally, in addition to suggestions, conclusions of this final paper have been formulated. Paper consists of: 84 pages of text without appendixes, 31 pictures, 5 tables, 22 bibliographical entries.
