Meno vertybės kaip skirtingos struktūros portfelių diversifikavimo priemonė

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama investicijų portfelių optimizavimo galimybė, naudojant meno vertybes kaip skirtingos struktūros portfelių diversifikavimo priemonę. Apibūdinama investicijų į meno vertybes specifika, išanalizuojama jų koncepcija, atliekamas išorės poveikių investicijoms tyrimas ir aptariami pagrindiniai meno rinkos dalyviai Lietuvoje ir už jos ribų. Apžvelgiamos investavimo galimybės JAV, Kinijoje, Jungtinėje Karalystėje, Prancūzijoje ir kylančioje Rusijos rinkose. Supažindinama su investavimu į meno vertybes Lietuvoje. Pateikiami pagrindiniai meno rinką atspindintys indeksai. Baigiamajame darbe ištiriamas meno vertybių kaip investicinės priemonės tinkamumas portfeliams diversifikuoti ir nagrinėjama, kaip pasikeis investicijų portfelių pelningumas ir rizika, jei jis bus diversifikuotas menu. Siekiant nustatyti tolimesnes investavimo į meno vertybes perspektyvas, atlikta visuotinio meno vertybių vertės indekso prognozė trimis metodais, išskiriant kiekvieno privalumus ir trūkumus. Išnagrinėjus teorines ir praktines meno vertybių kaip skirtingos struktūros portfelių diversifikavimo priemonės galimybes, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, 4 pagrindinės dalys, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 55 p. teksto be priedų, 20 iliustr., 12 lent., 68 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. The final masters thesis presents the analysis of art as a diversification tool of the different structure portfolios. This thesis describes the specifics and conception of investments in art and analyses the external effects for them. The main Lithuanian and world art market participants are represented. Moreover, in United Kingdom, USA, France and China there are the most opportunities in investment in art. Analysis of the statistical data reveals that the biggest art markets having long traditions of investing in art yield ground to emergent Eastern markets. Lithuanian art market is very young, therefore, there is shortage of investments in art but in the last few years it was steadily growing and can also be assessed as emerging one. The main art market indexes are presented. This thesis analyses art as an investment tool for the diversification of investment portfolio. It compares the return and risk of the different structure portfolios, when one of the investment tool there is art. Artprice Global Index forecast was conducted by three methods, analyzing any advantages and disadvantages each of them. The conclusions and suggestions are presented on the results of theoretical and practical analysis of art as a diversification tool of the different structure portfolios.
