Lietuvos pramonės klasterių kūrimo galimybių projektavimas

Abstract

Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas Lietuvos pramonės klasterių kūrimo galimybių projektavimas, pateikiama teorinė klasterio samprata, klasterio teikiama nauda įmonėms, klasterio kūrimo galimybių vertinimas. Siekiant išanalizuoti klasterio kūrimo galimybes Lietuvos pramonėje buvo atlikta klasterių ekspertų apklausa, kurios metu buvo nustatyta esamų klasterių narių gaunama nauda ir su kokiais barjerais susiduria Lietuvos pramonės klasteriai. Koreliacinės – regresinės analizės pagalba buvo nustatyta, kad Lietuvoje veikiančio klasterio narių bendrą apyvartą sąlygoja: klasterio investicijos į naująsias technologijas ir mokslą, klasterio investicijos į žmogiškąjį kapitalą ir klasterio investicijos į vadybines inovacijas. Atlikus teorinę studiją ir empirinius tyrimus, pateikiamas Lietuvos pramonės kūrimosi galimybių modelis. Rengiamą darbą sudaro įvadas, teorinė dalis, empiriniai tyrimai, perspektyvūs sprendimai, išvados ir siūlymai, naudotos literatūros sąrašas. Darbą sudaro: 86 p. teksto be priedų, 26 paveikslai, 8 lentelės, 64 literatūros šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The master's thesis analyzes the design of the possibilities for Lithuanian industrial cluster development, presents the theoretical cluster concept, the cluster's benefits to enterprises, and the assessment of cluster development possibilities. In order to analyze the possibilities of creating a cluster in the Lithuanian industry, a cluster expert survey was conducted, which identified the benefits of existing cluster members and the barriers facing the Lithuanian industrial clusters. The correlation-regression analysis showed that the total turnover of cluster members operating in Lithuania was determined by: cluster investment in new technologies and science, cluster investment in human capital, and cluster investment in managerial innovations. After theoretical studies and empirical studies, a model of Lithuanian industrial development opportunities is presented. The work being prepared consists of introduction, theoretical part, empirical research, perspective decisions, conclusions and suggestions, list of used literature.
