Inžinerinių sprendimų įtaka didinant judumą Vilniaus mieste

Abstract

Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – nustatyti, kokią įtaką judumui Vilniaus mieste turi jau įdiegti inžineriniai judumą skatinantys sprendimai, ir kaip juos vertina miesto gyventojai ir transporto srities ekspertai. Ištirti, kurie iš jau Vilniuje įdiegtų judumą skatinančių sprendimų veikia efektyviausiai, o kuriuos reikia tobulinti. Analitinėje dalyje yra nagrinėjami moksliniai literatūros šaltiniai miesto gyventojų judumo gerinimo klausimais, taip pat analizuojami Vilniuje jau įgyvendinti judumą skatinantys sprendimai. Sukurta ir pritaikyta judumo situacijos mieste tyrimo ir vertinimo metodika. Esamai judumo situacijai Vilniuje nustatyti naudotas kiekybinis tyrimas socialinės ir ekspertų apklausos metodu. Projektinėje darbo dalyje, įvertinant ekspertų apklausos rezultatus, efektyviausiam judumo būdui mieste nustatyti taikytas daugiakriteris vertinimas. Remiantis analitine ir tiriamąja dalimis yra pateikiamos darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro įvadas, mokslinės literatūros apžvalga, tyrimo metodika, analitinė dalis, tiriamoji dalis, išvados, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai. Darbo apimtis be priedų yra 78 psl., 48 iliustracijos, 10 lentelių, 27 informaciniai šaltiniai.

The aim of the final thesis is to determine the impact on mobility in Vilnius city of already implemented engineering mobility solutions, and how they are valued by city residents and experts of the field of transport. Investigate, which of the mobility solutions, that are already implemented in Vilnius, are most effective and which need to be improved. The analytical part deals with sources of scientific literature on the issues of improving the mobility of urban residents, as well as analyzing solutions that have already been implemented in Vilnius. The methodology for the study and assessment of the mobility situation in the city was created and adapted. The quantitative research using the social and expert survey method was used to determine the current situation of mobility in Vilnius. In the research part of the work, in assessing the results of the expert survey, the most effective method of mobility in the city was determined by the multicriterion assessment. The conclusions of the work are presented based on the analytical and research parts. Structure: introduction, review of scientific literature, research methodology, analytical part, research part, conclusions, references and annexes. The volume of the thesis without attachments is 80 pages, 48 illustrations, 10 tables, 27 references.
