Informacinių sistemų testavimo proceso projektavimo modelis

Abstract

Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas sukurti inovatyvų informacinių sistemų testavimo proceso modelį. Išsikelti uždaviniai: apibrėžti testavimo proceso valdymo sampratą, pagrindinius etapus, identifikuoti ir išanalizuoti pagrindinius informacinių sistemų kūrimo modelius, nustatant jų įtaką ir pagrindinius trūkumus. Apžvelgti pagrindiniai informacinių sistemų diegimo modeliai, išskiriant testavimo proceso vietą skirtinguose informacinių sistemų diegimo etapuose, leido nustatyti, kad testavimo proceso valdymo problematika turi glaudų sąryšį su vieta diegimo procese. Analizė papildyta testavimo proceso privalumais ir trūkumais, atsižvelgiant į diegimo proceso eigą. Apibrėžta testavimo proceso sąvoka, bei testavimo proceso pagrindiniai valdymo aspektai. Nagrinėjamas testavimo proceso valdymo modelis RATMN, apžvelgiama problematika, naudojama žinių valdymo modelyje programinės įrangos testavimo procesui. Taip pat pasitelkiant ekspertinį vertinimą, interviu metodą, statistinės analizės apžvalgą ir atvejo analizę identifikuotos testavimo proceso kritiškiausios probleminės vietos, efektyvumo vertinimo rodikliai ir rizikos. Remiantis gauta informacija patobulintas koncepcinis testavimo valdymo modelis ir pateiktos rekomendacijos testavimo procesui. Darbą sudaro 7 dalys: įvadas, testavimo metodų apžvalga, testavimo proceso informacinių sistemų projektuose tyrimas, koncepcinio testavimo proceso modelio tobulinimas, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas, priedai.

The aim of the final master's thesis is to create a model of innovative information systems testing process. Tasks to be defined: to define the concept of the test management process, the main stages, to identify and analyze the main information system development models and determine their influence and main weaknesses. The main models of information systems deployment were reviewed while highlighting the location of the testing process at different stages of information system deployment process, allowed us to determine that the test management process has an important spot in the implementation process. The analysis was complemented by the advantages and disadvantages of the testing process, taking into account the progress of the implementation process. Defined the concept of the testing process and the key aspects of the test management process. Under consideration of the test management process RATMN model, problematics which is used for knowledge management model of software testing process where reviewed. Also the most critical problem areas of the testing process, performance evaluation indicators and risks were identified through expert evaluation, interview method, statistical analysis review and case study. On the basis of the information received, the conceptual test management model has been improved and the testing process for the recommendation is provided.
