Makroprudencinės politikos įtakos Lietuvos ir kitų Baltijos šalių nekilnojamojo turto rinkoms tyrimas

Abstract

Darbo tikslas – nustatyti, kokią įtaką Baltijos šalių nekilnojamojo turto rinkoms turi makroprudencinės politikos priemonių taikymas. Darbe nagrinėjami nekilnojamojo turto kainų pokyčius lemiantys veiksniai, makroprudencinės politikos samprata bei jos įtaka nekilnojamojo turto rinkai. Tiriama ekonominė situacija Lietuvoje, Latvijoje, Estijoje, nagrinėjamos šalių nekilnojamojo turto rinkų tendencijos bei taikomos makroprudencinės politikos priemonės. Analizuojama makroprudencinės politikos priemonių taikymo įtaka Baltijos šalių ekonomikai bei nekilnojamojo turto rinkoms, pateikiamas siūlomas makroprudencinės politikos priemonių taikymo modelis. Darbą sudaro įvadas, trys pagrindinės dalys, išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis: 88 p. teksto be priedų, 42 paveikslai, 7 lentelės, 79 literatūros šaltiniai

The aim of the Master’s thesis is to determine the influence of the macroprudential policy regulations on the real estate market in the Baltic states. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part various factors that affect the fluctuations of real estate prices examined, the definition of macroprudential policy provided, its influence on the real estate market discussed. The second part includes a broad analysis of the economic situation in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, the real estate market trends and applied macroprudential regulations. In the third part, the impact of the macroprudential policy measures on the economies of the Baltic States and real estate markets analyzed as well as the model of macroprudential policy measures proposed. This work consists of an introduction, three main parts, conclusions, suggestions and bibliography. Work volume: 88 p. text, without appendixes, 42 figures, 7 tables, 79 bibliography resources.
