Biurų įtakos darbuotojų geroms darbo sąlygoms ir produktyvumui analizė

Abstract

Darbo aplinka turi daug reikšmės darbuotojų gerovei užtikrinti. Geresnė biuro aplinka padidina darbuotojų produktyvumą, o blogos sąlygos tiesiogiai lemia motyvacijos stoką ir nuovargį. Baigiamasis darbas skirtas ištirti biuro aplinkos įtaką darbuotojų produktyvumui Lietuvoje. Tyrimas leis susidaryti platesnį vaizdą apie biurų Lietuvoje situaciją. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti biuro ypatumų bei aplinkos įtaką darbuotojų produktyvumui bei bendram darbo sąlygų užtikrinimui. Darbą sudaro trys dalys: pirmoje dalyje analizuojama biuro samprata, biurų tipai, darbuotojų poreikiai bei biurų įtaką šiems poreikiams realizuoti. Antroje dalyje analizuojama biurų paskirties nekilnojamojo turto rinkos situacija Baltijos šalyse bei Jungtinėje Karalystėje. Trečioje darbo dalyje, siekiant išanalizuoti biurų aplinkos poveikį darbuotojų produktyvumui, atliktas empirinis tyrimas panaudojant kiekybinį klausimyną. Tyrimas atskleidė, kad fizinės biuro sąlygos turi įtakos darbuotojo produktyvumui ir kad būtent šios sąlygos tiriamosios grupės darbo aplinkoje nėra optimalios.

The working environment is essential for the well-being of employees. Better office environment increases employee productivity, and poor conditions directly result in lack of motivation and fatigue. This study is designed to investigate the influence of office environment on employee performance in Lithuania. The study will provide a broader picture of the situation of offices in Lithuania. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of office features and environment on employee productivity and overall working conditions. The thesis consists of three parts: the first part analyzes the concept of office, types of offices, needs of employees and influence of offices to meet those needs; the second part analyzes the situation of office real estate market in the Baltic States and the United Kingdom: in the third part of the thesis, to analyse the impact of offices environment on employees well-being an empirical study with quantitative questionnaire was conducted. Research have revealed that physical office conditions contributes to the employee’s productivity and that exactly those very conditions in the researched group’s work space aren’t fully developed.
