Programinės įrangos projektų valdymo proceso modeliavimo ir simuliacijos tyrimas

Abstract

Baigiamojo magistrinio darbo tikslas - pagerinti programų sistemų kūrimo projektų valdymo procesus, pasiūlant dinaminių projekto valdymo procesų modelį, ir jo simuliacijos metodą, paremtą OMG standartu CMMN (angl. Case Management Model and Notation). Šiam tikslui pasiekti buvo nagrinėjamas projektų valdymo procesas, susiduriamos problemos, atvejo valdymo modelio notacija, jos pritaikymas modeliuojant dinamiškus verslo procesus, sukurtas programinės įrangos projekto valdymo atvejo modelis pagal CMMN notaciją, išanalizuotos pagrindinės užduotys, atliktas eksperimentinis tyrimas. Magistrinio darbo analitinėje dalyje atlikta susijusios literatūros analizė, pateikta galimų įrankių lyginamoji analizė. Praktinėje dalyje sukurtas programinės įrangos projektų valdymo atvejo modelis bei paruoštas jo aprašas. Eksperimentinėje dalyje atliktas tyrimas, kurio metu buvo apdorojami skirtingi įvesties duomenys ir analizuojami rezultatai bei jų pokytis. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius dalykinės srities aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados, rekomendacijos bei siūlymai eksperimento plėtrai.

The main goal of the final master thesis is to improve the project management processes of application systems development by offering a model of processes of dynamic project management and its simulation method based on the OMG standard CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation). To achieve this goal, the project management process, problems and case management model notation were analyzed and this notation was applied in modeling dynamic business processes in order to develop software project management case model according to CMMN notation. Also main tasks were analyzed and experimental research was performed. The analysis of the related literature is performed, the comparative analysis of possible tools is presented in the analytical part of the master thesis. A software project management case model is developed and its description is prepared in the practical part. A study was performed, during which different input data were processed, the results and their change were analyzed in the experimental part. After analyzing the theoretical and practical aspects of the subject area, the conclusions, recommendations and suggestions for the development of the research are presented.
