Logistikos centrų veiklos procesų tobulinimo galimybių, taikant Logistikos 4.0 principus, tyrimas

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe atliekamas logistikos centrų veiklos procesų tobulinimo galimybių, taikant „Logistikos 4.0“ principus tyrimas. Teorinėje dalyje atliekama Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinės literatūros analizė. Atskleidžiama ketvirtosios pramonės revoliucijos esmė, šios sistemos įtaka logistikos sektoriui bei apžvelgiama logistikos centrų samprata. Analitinėje dalyje iškeliami kriterijai, kurie gali būti reikšmingi logistikos centrų veiklai, taikant „Pramonės 4.0“ principus. Anketinės apklausos būdu atliekamas ekspertinis kriterijų įvertinimas ir sudaromas strateginis žemėlapis, atspindintis ryšių stiprumą tarp iškeltų kriterijų. Pateikiamas rezultatų apibendrinimas. Tiriamojoje dalyje siūlomas logistikos centrų procesų modelis, įdiegiant siūlomus kriterijus. Jį įvertinus sudarytai ekspertų grupei, pateikiamos darbo išvados.

The Master thesis contains a study on improvement of logistic centers operations based on the principles of “Logistics 4.0”. Theoretical part includes an analysis of Lithuanian and foreign author’s scientific literature. This section contains a description of the “Industry 4.0” and the impact of this system on the logistics sector. In addition to that, in this section the concept of logistic centers is reviewed. Analytical part presents criteria that might be important for the operations of logistic centers, according to main principles of “Logistics 4.0”, derived from the concept of “Industry 4.0”. Based on the expert survey performed a strategic map was created that shows the level of relations between the raised criteria. A summary of the results is provided. Research part includes a new model of logistics centers, implementing the proposed criteria, related to “Industry 4.0” and “Logistics 4.0”. After the evaluation by the group of experts, the conclusions of the study are presented.
