Daugiabučių namų modernizavimas pagal pasyviųjų namų standartą: analizė ir perspektyvos

Abstract

Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti daugiabučių namų modernizavimo pagal pasyviųjų namų standartą galimybes bei numatyti tokios modernizacijos perspektyvas Lietuvoje. Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro šeši pagrindiniai skyriai. Pirmame skyriuje pateikiama pasyviojo namo sąvoka, aprašomi pagrindiniai principai ir charakteristikos, pasyviųjų namų teisinis ir techninis reglamentavimas. Antrame skyriuje aprašoma daugiabučių namų būklė Lietuvoje, nustatoma šio tipo pastatų modernizavimo būtinybė. Trečiame skyriuje pateikiami daugiabučių namų modernizavimo pagal pasyviųjų namų standartą pavyzdžiai, aprašomos jų charakteristikos. Ketvirtame skyriuje atliekama daugiabučių namų modernizavimo pagal pasyviųjų namų standartą galimybių analizė naudojant PĮSETA ir SSGG analizavimo metodus. Penktame skyriuje atliekama daugiabučių namų modernizavimo alternatyvų analizė, taikant SAW, TOPSIS ir ARAS daugiakriterio vertinimo metodus nustatoma optimali daugiabučių namų modernizavimo alternatyva. Šeštame skyriuje nustatomos daugiabučių namų modernizavimo pagal pasyviųjų namų standartą perspektyvos, pateikiama Lietuvos statybos ekspertų nuomonė. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos darbą apibendrinančios išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbo apimtis – 99 psl. be priedų, 18 paveikslų, 26 lentelės, 100 bibliografinių šaltinių. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The purpose of the final master thesis is to analyse the possibilities of modernization of the apartment houses according to the passive house standard and foresee the prospects of this type of modernization in Lithuania. The thesis consists of six main chapters. The first chapter contains information of the passive house concept, main principles and characteristics, legislation and technical regulation. The second chapter describes the condition of the apartment houses in Lithuania, determines the need for modernization of this type of buildings. The third chapter presents examples of the modernization of apartment houses according to the passive house standard, describes their characteristics. The fourth chapter analyses the possibilities of the modernization of the apartment houses according to the passive house standard in Lithuania by using PESTEL and SWOT methodology. The fifth chapter contains analysis of alternatives for modernization of the apartment houses; the optimal alternative for modernization of the apartment houses is determined by using multi-criteria evaluation methods SAW, TOPSIS and ARAS. The sixth chapter contains prospects of application of passive house standard on modernization of apartment houses, the opinion of Lithuanian construction experts is given. Conclusions and proposals that summarize the work are given in the end of the thesis. The thesis consists of 99 pages of text, 18 pictures, 26 tables, 100 bibliographical entries. The appendixes are added separately.
