Nuotolinio mokymosi metodų tyrimas ir pritaikymas viešojo sektoriaus darbuotojų poreikiams tenkinti

Abstract

Darbą „Nuotolinio mokymosi metodų tyrimas ir pritaikymas viešojo sektoriaus darbuotojų poreikiams tenkinti“ sudaro dalys: įvadas, „Edukacinių technologijų raida“, „Tradicinio ugdymo metodai, paremti nuotolinio mokymosi technologiniais elementais“, „Suaugusiųjų neformalusis švietimas Lietuvos kontekste“, „Viešojo sektoriaus darbuotojų nuotolinio mokymo projekto sukūrimas“, išvados, literatūros sąrašas ir priedai. Šiose dalyse pristatyti svarbiausi nuotolinio mokymosi technologiniai elementai, aprašyti mokymo metodai, apžvelgta nuotolinio mokymosi plėtra bei suaugusiųjų neformalusis švietimas Lietuvoje. Taip pat atliktas ir išsamiai aprašytas sociologinis tyrimas e. švietimo paslaugų vartotojų požiūriu. Pateikiama bandomojo nuotolinio kurso „TVS Joomla! naudotojo vadovas“ teorinė medžiaga bei kartu su šiuo darbu pateikiamas parengtas „Authoring Tool“ įrankiu bandomasis nuotolinis kursas. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, 4 skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas, 2 priedai. Darbo apimtis: 51 p. teksto, 8 paveikslai, 1 lentelė, 20 literatūros šaltinių.

The final thesis of „The Study and Application of the Distance Learning Methods of Public Sector Workers Needs“ consists of parts: the preface, „The development of the educational technologies”, „The methods of the traditional education based on the technological elements of the distance learning”, „The non-formal adult education in Lithuania”, „Creation of distance learning for public sector workers”, the findings, the references and the appendices. These parts represent the most important technological elements of the distance learning, the describtion of the teaching methods, and the review of the distance learning development and the adult non-formal education in Lithuania. The sociological research from the viewpoint of the e-learning users together with the detailed describtion is presented in the final thesis. The theoretical material of the simulation distance course „TVS Joomla! the user̛s guide” is presented. Alongside the final thesis the simulation distance course is prepared with the help of the „Authoring Tool“. Structure: introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, references, 2 appendices. Thesis consists of: 51 p. of text, 8 figures, 1 table, 20 references.
