Cementinio kompozito su kristalizuojančia įmaiša fizikinių ir mechaninių savybių tyrimai

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama kristalizuojančiosios įmaišos kiekio įtaka cementinio kompozito fizikinėms ir mechaninėms savybėms. Baigiamąjį magistro darbą sudaro: įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, metodinė dalis, eksperimentinė dalis, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Literatūros analizėje, pateiktos bendrosios žinios apie kristalizuojančiąja įmaišą bei jos poveikį cementinių kompozitų fizikinėms ir mechaninėms savybėms. Metodinėje dalyje aprašytos naudojamos medžiagos ir tyrimų metodikos, pagal kurias nustatytos fizikinės ir mechaninės cementinio kompozito savybės. Atlikti sukietėjusio cementinio kompozito savybių tyrimai ir jų palyginimas. Ištirtas kristalizuojančiosios įmaišos kiekio poveikis šioms cementinio kompozito savybėms: sklidumui, tankiui, ultragarso impulso sklidimo greičiui, gniuždymo ir lenkimo stipriams bei traukumui. Gauti tyrimų rezultatai yra apdoroti ir išanalizuoti, suformuluotos išvados. Išvadose pateikiamas tyrimo rezultatų apibendrinimas ir rekomendacijos. Baigiamojo magistro darbo apimtis - 61 puslapis teksto be priedų, 21 paveikslas, 10 lentelių, 62 literatūros šaltiniai. Pateikiami darbo priedai.

The influence of the amount of crystallizing admixture on the physical and mechanical properties of the cement composite is analyzed in the final master's thesis. The final master's thesis consists of an introduction, literature review, method logical part, experimental part, conclusions, and references. The literature review covers the fundamentals of crystallization admixture and the most important physical and mechanical properties of its cementitious compositions. The methodological part describes the materials and test methods for determining the physical and mechanical properties of the cement composite. A study of hardened cement composite properties was conducted, and a comparison of these properties was made. The effect of the amount of crystallization admixture on the following properties of the cement composite was investigated: propagation, density, ultrasonic pulse propagation speed, compressive and bending strengths and shrinkage. Obtained research results were processed and analyzed, and conclusions were formulated. Volume of the final master's thesis - 61 pages of text without appendixes, 21 figures, 10 tables, 62 references. Work appendices are provided.
