Kompleksinis projekto statybos tiekimo grandinės optimizavimas

Abstract

Baigiamojo darbo tikslas išnagrinėti tiekimo grandinę ir ją pritaikyti statybos sektoriui. Sudaryti statybos tiekimo grandinės modelį ir identifikavus jos dalyvius, suformuluoti pagrindinius veiksnius lemiančius statybos tiekimo grandinės efektyvumą bei nustatyti jiems tinkamiausius galimus optimizacijos būdus. Pirmajame skyriuje teoriniu aspektu tiriama tiekimo grandinės samprata ir bruožai. Išnagrinėta tiekimo grandinės sandaros struktūra, suvokimo kryptys bei procesai. Nustatyta kaip valdyti tiekimo grandinę bei kokie veiksniai nulemia tiekimo grandinės tobulinimą bei optimizavimą. Antrame skyriuje apibendrinus tiekimo grandinės išanalizuotą literatūrą, sudaroma statybos tiekimo grandinės schema, pagal kurią identifikuojami statybos tiekimo grandinės dalyviai ir tarp jų atsirandančios problemos. Ištiriami ir siūlomi galimi optimizacijos būdai. Trečiame skyriuje pateikiama daugiakriterių metodų apžvalga bei jų parinkimas. Nustatyta, kad mokslinis tyrimas bus vykdomas naudojant santykinės svarbos indekso ir ekspertinio vertinimo metodus. Remiantis moksline literatūra ir asmenine patirtimi sudarytas veiksnių, lemiančių statybos tiekimo grandinės efektyvumą, sąrašas, o pagal jį sudarytas modelis. Ketvirtame skyriuje aptariama tyrimo schema bei pagal parinktus metodus nustatyti veiksnių, lemiančių statybos tiekimo grandinės efektyvumą, reikšmingumai ir apskaičiuotas dviejų metodų rezultatus į visumą sujungiantis integruotasis reikšmingumas. Sudarytas trijų svarbiausių veiksnių sąrašas bei jiems pasiūlyti optimizavimo būdai. Darbą sudaro įvadas, 4 skyriai, išvados ir pasiūlymai, naudotos literatūros ir šaltinių sąrašas bei priedai. Darbo apimtis 90 puslapių, 25 paveikslai, 18 lentelių.

The aim of the final work is to examine the supply chain and apply it to the construction sector. To create a model of the construction supply chain and, after identifying its participants, to formulate the main factors determining the efficiency of the construction supply chain and to determine the most suitable possible optimization methods for them. The first chapter explores the concept and features of the supply chain from a theoretical perspective. The structure of the supply chain structure, directions of perception and processes are examined. It is determined how to manage the supply chain and what factors determine the improvement and optimization of the supply chain. In the second chapter, after summarizing the literature analyzed in the supply chain, a construction supply chain diagram is created, according to which the participants of the construction supply chain and the problems arising between them are identified. Possible optimization methods are investigated and proposed. The third chapter provides an overview of multi-criteria methods and their selection. It has been determined that the research will be conducted using the methods of relative importance index and expert evaluation. Based on the scientific literature and personal experience, a list of factors determining the efficiency of the construction supply chain has been compiled, and a model has been developed based on it. In the fourth chapter, the research scheme is discussed and the significance of the factors determining the efficiency of the construction supply chain is determined according to the selected methods and the integrated significance combining the results of the two methods is calculated. A list of the three most important factors is made and optimization methods are proposed for them. The work consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions and suggestions, list of used literature and sources and appendices. Thesis consists of 90 pages, 25 figures, 18 tables.
