Abstract

Magistro studijų baigiamojo darbo tikslas – unikali miesto struktūrą atitinkanti aktyvios vidinių teritorinių išteklių įsisavinimo koncepcija, sprendžianti urbanistinės driekos klausimus. Darbe analizuojamas specifinis Klaipėdos miesto išorinės plėtros santykis su vidinių skersinių jungčių kompozicija mieste, taip siekiant identifikuoti, kokių ir koks vidinių teritorinių resursų įsisavinimas galėtų padėti spręsti urbanistinės driekos klausimus Pasiūloma alternatyvi teritorinių išteklių panaudojimo koncepcija, kuri pritaikoma Liepų g. ašimi, jungiančia miesto centrinę dalį su periferija, integruojamai teritorijai atskleidžiant vidinių teritorinių rezervų panaudojimo potencialą. Detalizacijos lygmeniu siūlomi urbanistinio mazgo sąrangos principai, kuriais siekiama integruoti teritoriją į bendrą miesto urbanistinę sistemą ir potencialiems gyventojams suformuoti alternatyvias gyvenamąsias sąlygas. Darbo pabaigoje įvertinamos pasiūlytų sprendinių pasekmės, pateikiamos išvados ir siūlymai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, analitinė-metodinė, eksperimentinė-tiriamoji, eksperimentinėprojektinė dalys, išvados, literatūros ir kiti sąrašai bei priedai. Darbo apimtis – 128 p. teksto be priedų, 115 iliustr., 58 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami priedai – grafinės medžiagos sumažintos kopijos.

The aim of the master’s thesis is a unique concept of active internal territorial resources development which could address the issues of urban sprawl. The thesis analyzes the specific relationship of Klaipeda city external development with the composition of internal transverse connections in the city, thus in order to identify which and what kind of internal territorial resources could be used to help prevent from further urban expansion. An alternative concept of the use of territorial resources is proposed and is applied in Liepų str. axis connecting the central part of the city with the periphery, revealing the potential of the integrated territory for the use of internal territorial reserves. At the level of detail, the principles of urban node structure are proposed, which aim to integrate the territory into the overall urban system of the city and to form alternative housing conditions for its potential residents. The possible outcomes of the suggestions are evaluated and conclusions are stated in this thesis.
