Abstract

Darbe pristatoma monofunkcinių kompleksų revitalizacijos tema, kuri atskleista projektuojant Daugiafunkcį bendruomenės centrą. Projektu norimą „atgaivinti“ (revitalizuoti) esamą gyvenamojo rajono situaciją, pagerinti socialinę, kultūrinę kokybę gyventojams. Siekiant išsamiau išanalizuoti pasirinktą temą, projektavimo pradžioje buvo suskirstytos miesto teritorijos ir apskaičiuota gyvenamųjų rajonų sandara, atsižvelgus į gyventojų poreikius. Tai sprendė gyvenamųjų vietų problemą, bet netenkino gyventojų kultūrinės veiklos poreikio, todėl akivaizdu, kad gausus gyventojų skaičius rajonuose ir kultūrinės veiklos trūkumas juose sukūrė kultūrinės veiklos infrastruktūros problemą. Projekte detalizuojamas jautrus esamai neišplėtotai teritorijos daliai žaliosios erdvės tąsos variantas. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad neužstatyta vidinė kvartalo dalis tarp daugiaaukščių gyvenamųjų pastatų ir ugdymo įstaigų tapo savotiška kvartalo dalimi, ją siekiama papildyti trūkstamomis funkcijomis. Pertvarkant centrinę kvartalo dalį, pasirinkta išsaugoti esamus darželius ir jų funkciją, integruojant juos į naują struktūrą. Siekiant pagrįsti natūraliai besiplečiančių žaliųjų plotų kryptį, buvo atliktas bandymas „Žaliųjų plotų tąsa kvartale“. Projektuojant didžiausias dėmesys skiriamas kvartale gyvenančiam žmogui ir jo aplinkai. Siekiama, kad kuriant naują architektūrą jis turėtų galimybes laisvą laiką leisti kuo žalesnėje, jaukesnėje aplinkoje, tačiau visų amžiaus grupių asmenims būtų pagerintas ir kultūrinių, socialinių funkcijų poreikis.

The paper presents the topic of the revitalization of monofunctional complexes, which is revealed by designing a Multifunctional Community Center. The project wants to “revive” (revitalize) the current situation of the residential area, to improve the social and cultural quality of the local community. In order to analyze the selected topic in more detail, it was broken down at the beginning of the design into; the urban area and the estimated structure of the residential areas, taking into account the needs of the community. This addressed the problem of housing but did not meet the need for cultural activities of the population. Therefore, it is clear that the large population of the districts and the lack of cultural activities in them have created the problem of cultural infrastructure. The project details the extension of the green space sensitive to the existing undeveloped part of the territory. Given that the inner part of the quarter among high-rise dwellings is not built, buildings and educational institutions have become a kind of part of the quartal, it is aimed at filling in the lack of functions. During the redevelopment of the central part of the quartal, it was chosen to preserve the existing kindergartens and their function, integrating them into the new structure. In order to justify the direction of naturally expanding green spaces, the test "Continuation of green areas in the quarter" was performed. The design focuses on the person living in the quarter and his environment. The aim is for him to be able to spend his free time in the greenest, coziest environment possible by creating a new structure. However, the need for cultural and social functions for people of all ages would also be met.
