Oro transporto keleivių saugumo užtikrinimo tyrimas

Abstract

Baigiamajame magistro darbe analizuojama, kaip tarptautinės aviacinės ir teisinės organizacijos įgyvendina saugumo kontrolę ir užtikrina saugumą gabenant keleivius. Pagrindinis baigiamojo darbo tikslas – nustatyti įstatymų spragas ir, atsižvelgiant į naudotojų ir vartotojų nuomonę, tai yra į oro linijų bendrovių bei keleivių, teikti rekomendacijas joms užpildyti. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje teoriškai supažindinama su iškelta problema, nagrinėjama tema, ir jos aktualumas. Antrojoje dalyje analizuojami reikalavimai keliami oro linijų bendrovėms dėl saugaus keleivių gabenimo. Trečiojoje, tiriamojoje dalyje, analizuojami keli su sauga susiję įvykiai, ieškoma problemų ir spragų, dėl kurių jie atsirado. Atsižvelgiant į spragas, apklausiami naudotojai bei vartotojai ir randamas geriausias būdas joms užpildyti. Atlikus tyrimus, iškeliamos su sauga susijusios problemos ir randami geriausi ir efektyviausi būdai joms išspręsti.

The thesis analyzes how international aviation and legal organizations implement security control and ensure the safety of the transportation of passengers The main goal of this work - to identify gaps in the law and, according to user feedback, the airlines and passengers, to make recommendations to fill them. The first part introduces the theory, the problem raised, the topic and its relevance. The second part analyzes the requirements for the airline industry for the safe transport of passengers. Third part - the study, there are few safety-related events, there are searched for problems and vulnerabilities on which they appeared. Considering on the gaps, surveyed user (operator) and consumers, and determine the best way for them to fill. After the investigation, there are found safety related problems and best solution to resolve them.
