Sveiko gyvenamojo namo charakteristikų analizė

Abstract

Darbo tikslas – sukurti sveiko gyvenamojo namo įvertinimo teorinį modelį ir taikant daugiakriterės analizės metodą nustatyti sveiko gyvenamojo namo charakteristikų reikšmingumus. Tikslui įgyvendinti iškelti šie uždaviniai: atlikti literatūros šaltinių analizę ir apibrėžti sveiko gyvenamojo namo koncepciją; išanalizuoti sveiko gyvenamojo namo suinteresuotąsias grupes; išanalizuoti gyvenamųjų pastatų įvertinimo programas ir metodus, taikomus sprendžiant pastatų mikroklimato ir aplinkos kokybės problemas; pasiūlyti sveiką gyvenamąjį namą apibūdinančių charakteristikų sistemą, remiantis ja pasiūlyti hierarchinį sveiko gyvenamojo namo analizės teorinį modelį, kurio praktinis pritaikymas leistų suinteresuotosioms grupėms įgyvendinti savo tikslus ir poreikius, atsižvelgiant į esmines sveiko būsto charakteristikas; sveiko gyvenamojo namo analizės teoriniam modeliui ir sveiko gyvenamojo namo charakteristikų reikšmingumui nustatyti pritaikyti AHP metodą. Šiame darbe taikyti du metodai. Rašant teorinę dalį, buvo susisteminta mokslinė literatūra, atlikta įvairių autorių mokslo darbų, kuriuose nagrinėjami pastatai ir jų vidaus kokybė bei įtaka žmonių sveikatai, ir kitos susijusios literatūros, analizė. Atliekant sveiko gyvenamojo namo charakteristikų reikšmingumo nustatymą buvo panaudotas hierarchijos analizės proceso metodas AHP. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą buvo nustatytos sveiko gyvenamojo namo charakteristikos, taikant AHP metodą ir naudojant Expert Choice programą buvo nustatytas charakteristikų reikšmingumas. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, penki skyriai, išvados ir pasiūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Taip pat yra vienas priedas. Darbo apimtis – 67 p. teksto be priedų, 16 paveikslų ir 6 lentelės. Rengiant darbą buvo naudotasi 68 literatūros šaltiniais.

The main objective of the thesis – to develop the theoretical evaluation model of the healthy residential buildings, and to use the multiple criteria analysis method for weighting determination of the characteristics of the residential building. Therefore, the strategy for the research will seek following targets: to analyse a literature and define the concept of healthy residential building; to analyse the needs and requirements of stakeholders of a healthy residential building; to analyse methods and tools for buildings‘ evaluation (in terms of avoiding indoor and outdoor environment quality problems); to develop the theoretical hierarchical evaluation model of the healthy residential buildings, the application of the model will allow interested groups to implement their goals and needs, taking into account the essential characteristics of a healthy residential building; to use the AHP procedure for characteristics weights determination. Through literature review, a set of the characteristics of a healthy residential building were determined. The characteristics were organized in the hierarchical structure: the AHP method and the Expert Choice were used for characteristics weights determination. The thesis is structured as follows: introduction, 5 sections, conclusions and suggestions, references. The total scope – 67 p. text without appendixes, 16 pictures, 4 tables, 68 bibliographical entries, appendix.
