Oro taršos vertinimas ir įtaka gyvenimo kokybei

Abstract

Šio darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti oro kokybę Lietuvoje, oro taršos vertinimo metodus, kokią įtaką oro tarša turi žmogui ir jo gyvenimo kokybei, nustatyti su kokiomis problemomis susiduriama ir pateikti pasiūlymus šioms problemoms spręsti. Darbą sudaro 8 skyriai, kuriuose apžvelgiami aplinkos oro kokybės vertinimą reglamentuojantys teisės aktai, pagrindinių teršalų grupės, taršos šaltiniai, nagrinėjama užsienio valstybių oro kokybės kontrolės patirtis. Oro tarša tiek užsienio valstybėse, tiek Lietuvoje pastaruoju metu kelia nemažai problemų, Lietuvoje ypač aktuali oro tarša kietosiomis dalelėmis, todėl valstybės mastu rengiamos ir įgyvendinamos įvairios programos ir projektai. Siekiant įsigilinti į oro taršos problemas, analizuojama taršos įtaka žmogui bei oro taršos vertinimo metodai. Nustatyta, jog užterštas oras daro poveikį žmogaus sveikatai, ypač nuo jo nukenčia vaikai, todėl darbe pateikiamos rekomendacijos gyventojams. Vienas pagrindinių oro taršos vertinimo metodų – oro kokybės matavimai. Nors Lietuvoje, kaip ir kai kuriose užsienio valstybėse, nėra pateiktas matavimo stočių efektyvumo pagrindimas, tačiau jų išdėstymas turi turėti matematinį pagrindimą. Dėl šiuo metu vykdomos egzistuojančios oro kokybės kontrolės bei ribotų sistemos pertvarkos bei mūsų galimybių, negalime pritaikyti praktiškai, todėl darbe pateikiama tiriamojo elemento eksperimento planavimo metodika. Išanalizavus oro taršos, jos vertinimo problemas bei įtaką gyvenimo kokybei, darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai. Darbo apimtis – 132 puslapiai teksto be priedų, 45 paveikslai, 28 lentelės, 108 literatūros šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai.

The aim of this work is to analyze air quality in Lithuania, the methods of air pollution evaluation, air pollution impact on a person and his/her life quality, to determine the main problems, as well as, to present the suggestions to solve these problems. The work consists of eight chapters. The research reviews the law acts regulating the air quality evaluation, the main groups of pollutants, pollution sources and examines the experience of air quality control in foreign countries. Air pollution causes a lot of problems nowadays both, in Lithuania and foreign countries. Particulate matter is especially relevant in Lithuania. Consequently, various programs and projects are organized and implemented on a state scale. In order to see into the problems of air pollution the impact of air pollution on a person and air pollution evaluation methods were analyzed. It was determined that polluted air influences people’s health. Especially, children suffer from air pollution. Therefore, recommendations for people are presented in this work. One of the most important air pollution evaluation methods is air quality measurement. Even though in Lithuania as well as in some foreign countries there is no given grounding of monitoring stations efficiency, the setout of those stations must have mathematical grounding. Because of the underway and now - existing air quality control, as well as, limited system reconstruction and our own opportunities we cannot use them practically, so the research presents the planning methodology of the investigative element experiment. After analyzing air pollution, its evaluation problems and impact on life quality, conclusions and suggestions are subjected at the end of the work.
