Išmanusis miestas – patogesnė ir saugesnė kasdienybė?

Abstract

Kaip keičiasi miestai? Kokioje aplinkoje gyvensime ateityje? Bandydami atsakyti į šiuos klausimus, neišvengsime sąvokos „išmanusis miestas“. „Dirbtinis intelektas, didieji duomenys, elektrinės savaeigės mašinos – visos šios išmaniosios technologijos, kartais mums net nežinant, yra diegiamos miestuose ir gana greitai tampa neatsiejama mūsų gyvenimo ir paties miesto dalimi“, – teigia Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universiteto (VILNIUS TECH) Architektūros fakulteto docentė dr. Skirmantė Mozūriūnaitė. Su ja kalbamės apie miesto, jo gyventojų ir technologijų santykį, pandemijos atneštus pokyčius bei ateities miesto vizijas ir kylančias grėsmes.

How are cities changing? In what kind of environment will we live in the future? We cannot answer these questions without the term “smart city”. “Smart intelligence, big data, autonomous and electric machines – all these technologies are being introduced into the city, sometimes without our knowledge, and are fast becoming an integral part of life and the city itself”, says Skirmantė Mozūriunaitė, associate professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the Vilnius Gediminas University of Technology (VILNIUS TECH). We talk to her about the relationship between the city, its inhabitants and technology, the changes brought about by the pandemic, and the visions of the city of the future and the threats it faces.
