dc.description.abstract | Purpose of the problem: To investigate factors, indexes and development directions of energy - saving reliability of buildings and to prepare the reliability conception which will serve as basis for the working out of: - assessment methods and models of energy- saving reliability of buildings; - planning of reliability reserves; - alternative solutions in designing of buildings reliable in the sense of energy saving; - buildings technology management versions; - project solutions for the use of alternative energy sources. A separate investigation are given the problems of technology management in the construction of specialised homesteads and building- up of residential areas (micro districts) with energy saving low cottage-type houses. | eng |
