dc.description.abstract | The underground water resources in Pagiriai with capicity up to 100 thousands m3/d is one of the most important sourses for Vilnius drinking water demands. The removing of ton from underground water of this source, is necessary in process of drinking water preparation, because the concentration is up to 1.2...2.9 mg/l. The paper presents data and results of research on underground water deironing. A special pilot model with there different types of filters was built There technologies of water deironing such as aerofiltering, filtering through high broken grant stone layer and filtering through layer of quartz sand were investigated. The recommendations for determination of water treatment plants technology are given on the basis of the research results. | eng |
