Abstract

The priority was to create such a building for business purposes which would become one of the spotlights of the city and would not interfere with the future constructions. The creators behind the project stand for the idea that the building should be convenient for people and it gives grounds for us to believe that they understood the importance the quality of space has for our well-being. Taking this into consideration and fulfilling the requirements for the class A+ office buildings, the minds behind the project managed to get the highest possible transmission of light, good climatic conditions, acoustic comfort, and flexible space planning in this 8-floor elliptical building. Taking into account the landscape and the need for public spaces, a two-hectare park interjeras will be designed for the citizens, office workers and other visitors.
