The utility model discloses an inertia type piezoelectric ultrasonic motor which comprises piezoelectric composite vibrators, a clamping device and a circular rod. The piezoelectric composite vibrators are arranged in pairs. The two piezoelectric composite vibrators which are arranged in pairs comprise a first piezoelectric composite vibrator and a second piezoelectric composite vibrator that are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the axis of the circular rod. Each piezoelectric composite vibrator comprises a core board and two piezoelectric ceramic sheets which are respectively adhibited with two side surfaces of the core board. The core board is mounted in the clamping device. The circular rod is clamped and fixed through a clamping mounting part which is formed between the core board of the first piezoelectric composite vibrator and the core board of the second piezoelectric composite vibrator. Therefore, the inertia type piezoelectric ultrasonic motor has advantages of simple structure, large torque, high speed, high precision, large stroke, easy control, convenient use, etc. Furthermore easy machining and easy miniaturization are realized. The inertia type piezoelectric ultrasonic motor can be used as a driving part of a focusing system or a precise machine of instruments of mobile phone, camera, microscope, etc.eng
