dc.description.abstractInfluence of length measurement comparator’s carriage vibration velocity on read accuracy is analyzed in the article. Two measurement systems were used for vibration velocity measurement. Absolute displacement of a carriage measured by laser interferometer was differentiated and amplitudes of vibration velocity were calculated. Vibration acceleration of the carriage in its motion direction was measured by accelerometer and vibration velocity was calculated by integrating using vibrometer. The obtained results were compared and conclusions presented.eng
dc.description.abstractStraipsnyje nagrinėjama ilgio matavimo komparatoriaus vežimėlio vibracinio greičio įtaka atskaitymo tikslumui. Vibraciniam greičiui matuoti buvo naudojamos dvi matavimo sistemos. Lazeriniu interferometru išmatuotas vežimėlio absoliutusis poslinkis buvo diferencijuojamas ir gauta vibracinio greičio amplitudė. Akcelerometru buvo matuojamas vežimėlio vibracinis pagreitis jo judėjimo kryptimi, o po to integruojant vibrometru buvo gauta vibracinio greičio amplitudė. Gauti rezultatai palyginti ir pateiktos išvados.lit
