dc.description.abstract | Aspects of the application of the risk management and probabilistic risk analysis to the risk-based valuation of buildings and property inside and outside of them are considered in the paper. It is shown that methodologies of the risk management and probabilistic risk analysis, as applied to the valuation of buildings, have many points of intersection. The usefulness of a combined application of the risk management and probabilistic risk analysis for property insurance and safety assurance is discussed. | eng |
dc.description.abstract | Straipsnyje yra nagrinėjamas rizikos vadybos ir tikimybinės rizikos analizės taikymas techniniam turto vertinimui. Parodoma, kad rizikos vadybos ir tikimybinės rizikos analizės procedūros, naudojamos turto ir, pirmiausia, pastatų vertinimui, turi daug bendrumų. Aptariama šių procedūrų bendro pritaikymo nauda nekilnojamojo turto draudimui ir saugumo užtikrinimui. Pateikiamas statybinio pobūdžio tikimybinės rizikos analizės pavyzdys. Analizuojamas rizikos minimizavimas kainos ir pelno analizės požiūriu. | lit |
