The analysis of the two-level multi-channel cyclone operation requires the investigation of the treated air flow movement. The two-level multi-channel cyclone was designed for separating solid particles from the air flow and constructed at the Institute of the Enviro nmental Protection of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. The study was aimed at determining airflow distribution in a two-level six-channel cyclone and measur ing air treatme nt efficiency. To determine the velocity of airflow in the channels, a multi-functional measuring instrument Testo-400 and the dynamic Pitot tube were used. The concentration of particles in the air inlet and outlet ducts was determined by the weight method. The obtained results showed that the same air volumes on both cyclone levels are equal and the velocity of the airflow was uniformly distributed in the channels. The maximum airflow velocity was recorded in the first channel. The mea n airflow velocity in the channels did not differ significantly.eng
