Kaimo žemės ūkio produktų perdirbimo įmonių vadovų ir specialistų verslumo veiksniai

Abstract

Straipsnyje, naudojantis konkretaus tyrimo rezultatais, aptariama kaimo žemės ūkio produktų perdirbimo įmonių vadovų ir specialistų verslumas, nagrinėjami verslumo vidiniai ir išoriniai veiksniai, pateikiama verslumo samprata šiuolaikinėmis rinkos sąlygomis. Analizuojamas vienas iš svarbiausių verslumą apibūdinančių rodiklių – vadovų ir specialistų savybės ir sugebėjimai. Atskleistas ryšys tarp tokių demografinių charakteristikų kaip vadovų ir specialistų lytis, išsilavinimas, darbo stažas, amžius ir verslumo, taip pat ir tarp išorinių veiksnių. Ištirta paklausos, kainos, konkurencijos, verslo informacijos ir kitų išorinių veiksnių įtaka vadovų ir specialistų verslumui. Remiantis tyrimo duomenimis pateiktos verslumo gerinimo priemonės.

The article deals with the entrepreneurship of the executives and specialists in agricultural products processing enterprises of rural areas with reference to results of a particular research. Internal and external factors of entrepreneurship are discussed demonstrating a link between the demographic characteristics: sex, education, experience, age, entrepreneurship and external factors. A scoring system was developed based on findings attributing the score according to the values described. The entrepreneurship of executives and specialists in agricultural products processing enterprises of rural areas scored 186.19 points. Ideally, the evaluation could reach the total of 230 points. The best evaluation was attributed to the features group of communication (4.21 scores), result orientation and work devotion (by 4.16 scores). The features group of selfconfidence and tenacity (by 3.97 scores) and innovative skills (3.72 scores) scored poor results. Findings suggest that executives and specialists can negotiate successfully, convince business clients, but they are out of promotional knowledge, which helps to develop noticeably good products or ideas. Investigation revealed that executives and specialists in agricultural products processing enterprises of rural areas generally are active in market, but they use market information unmethodically. Executives and specialist who have a higher education and experience of 15-21 years are the most active in market. In this context it would be fair to say that the development of entrepreneurship depends on state aid and entrepreneurs themselves.
